We hope this webinar will provide you with a better understanding of the criteria and documentation required to process a home care authorization. HPP’s authorizations meet all Department of Health and Human Services (DHS) and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulatory requirements.

The webinar will cover topics including:

• Prior authorization
• Valid orders
• Maintenance therapy

 Who should attend?

• All participating providers who order home care services for their patients (HPP members)
• All participating providers who request home care services (home health care agencies)
