Children and young adults with CHIP health care coverage must renew their coverage every year or risk losing their coverage.
Your child may be eligible for excellent health coverage from KidzPartners by Health Partners Plans (HPP)!
KidzPartners, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) plan from HPP, is available to children up to age 19 at low or no cost, based on household income.
- Doctor and well-child care visits
- Dental checkups and cleanings, and orthodontics (including braces when medically necessary)
- Eye exams and eyeglasses
- Mental health and substance abuse services
