Health Partners Plans in the Community
Doing it right is not just a catchy slogan. It’s the essence of who we are and what we’ve been doing in the community for nearly 30 years.
We actively go into neighborhoods across the region, offering lots of ways to help you and your family stay healthy. Our kangaroo mascot, Ms. Roo, and our colorful RV, create a fun family atmosphere for free health screenings, health education workshops and other exciting events, like our Joyful Praise Dance Showcase and Health Fair.
The better we know you, the better we can serve you
Going directly into the community and getting to know you better enables us to create programs and services tailored to meet your health care needs. Talking to our diverse membership about their concerns and preferences helps us come up with new ways to serve everyone.
Part of our mission is to continually improve the health outcomes of our members and we walk the talk. Our deep commitment to you, your family and the community is the reason that Health Partners Plans is among the top fifteen Medicaid plans in the country, one of the top three in Pennsylvania and consistently receives high ratings for member and provider satisfaction according to the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s (NCQA) Medicaid Health Insurance Plan Ratings 2016–2017.

Health Partners Foundation
The Health Partners Foundation enables us to make a difference in the greater Philadelphia community in ways that go beyond the traditional services of a health plan. By providing small grants to organizations, and a helping hand for families and individuals in need, it’s yet another way we’re doing it right.
