Important Update about Medicaid Coverage

People with Medicaid benefits could lose their coverage if they don’t provide the information DHS needs to verify their income or residency.

Important Notice about Delaware County Memorial Hospital

HPP would like to inform you of an important change. On November 26, 2022, the following hospital will close and stop treating all patients, including Health Partners members:

Drexel Hill, PA 19026

If you have a medical emergency, you should always go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

What you must do now
Choose a new Hospital
If you need help, call our Member Relations Department at 1-800-553-0784 (TTY 1-877-454-8477) and ask for a list of participating hospitals. You can also find a list of participating hospitals in our Provider Directory.

Please note: Your Behavioral Health Managed Care Plan will not change. Call your Behavioral Health Managed Care Plan if you have questions about behavioral health coverage.

Enhanced Vision Benefit

Adult members are now eligible to receive eyeglasses or contacts once per year. If a member is diagnosed with Aphakia, they can receive up to two pair a year. Please visit the Benefit Overview page for more information.
