Getting Ready for HealthChoices Expansion

With the announcement from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) that the re-procurement of the HealthChoices program is set to go live on July 1, 2022, Health Partners Plans (HPP) has been working hard to get ready. We are excited to expand our award-winning Medical Assistance program across the Commonwealth.

HPP has worked with many of you for over 30 years. For others, we are in the early stages of our relationship. Together, we will continue serving the needs of our communities in the Southeast Zone and helping to improve our mutual members’ overall health. Everyone at HPP is committed to building on our partnerships and improving health outcomes for all Pennsylvanians.

HPP has an incredible and unique passion for our mission, which is to build healthier lives and stronger communities. We cannot accomplish that mission without the full support and alignment of our provider partners.

You will be hearing more from our team leading up to the expansion implementation and beyond. We encourage you to visit www.hpplans.com/providers for more information regarding HPP’s programs, orientation webinars, reference materials and more.
