Health Partners Foundation
To help meet the needs of our communities, we sponsor and support local organizations that are making a positive difference in the neighborhoods where our members live.
The Health Partners Foundation (HPF) is funded by Health Partners Plans employees with the help of the generous support of business and individual donors.
Several Foundation programs increase the odds of success for our neighbors.
Here’s how we're commited to inspiring positive change in our community:
Making a Difference Awards
Each year during the Fall, HPF honors local outstanding individuals and organizations that are working hard to make a difference in their communities. The 2018 event featured honorees Mayor James "Jim" Kenney, Aniyah's Mission and One Day At A Time (ODAAT). Meet our 2018 honorees.
Community College Connections and Making Dreams a Reality Scholarships
High achieving students with a financial need from our partner schools are eligible for our Community College Connections and Making Dreams a Reality scholarships to help pay for books and other educational expenses. Meet some of our scholarship recipients.
Carver Science Fair
Encouraging students to explore connections between health and technology, the Health Tech and Healthy Advances awards recognizes students in grades 4-12 for the best project at the George Washington Carver Science Fair that shows how technology can help address health issues. The winner receives cash and an award from the Foundation. Meet our awardees.

In 2018, we delivered 250 baskets to organizations like: Opportunity Towers, Grands As Parents, Aniyah's Mission, Greater Faith Missionary Church, Wayland Temple and more.
