Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Clancy is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Health Partners Plans (HPP). Mr. Clancy is responsible for financial strategy, policies and practices for all of HPP’s lines of business. His role helps to accelerate HPP’s growth as the company continues to provide nationally recognized health care to its members.

With a proven track record and extensive knowledge of the industry, Mr. Clancy brings more than 37 years of financial leadership at managed care organizations across the country, including commercial, Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP health care plans.

Prior to joining HPP, Mr. Clancy served as vice president and chief financial officer for UnitedHealthcare/Rocky Mountain Health Plans in Colorado, responsible for profit and loss for the company’s commercial, Medicaid, CHIP and Medicare lines of business. Previously, he was also vice president, finance, chief financial officer and interim chief operating officer at FamilyCare, a coordinated care organization based in Portland, Oregon. Prior to FamilyCare, Mr. Clancy served as the vice president, finance for Anthem/Amerigroup in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Clancy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ball State University and an MBA from Butler University. He has also served on a variety of business and community boards across the country.
