Chief Administrative and Diversity Officer

Catherine Bird is the Chief Administrative and Diversity Officer at Health Partners Plans (HPP). In her role, Ms. Bird is responsible human resources, learning development, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts across the company.

Ms. Bird brings nearly 15 years of experience in leading HR operations primarily in health care. Prior to joining HPP, Ms. Bird was the vice president of people and culture at Active Day-Adult Day Health Services, where she was responsible for transforming the HR infrastructure encompassing, talent acquisition and development, employee onboarding and training, total rewards and metrics-based performance management. Ms. Bird also developed and led integration strategies for several large acquisitions and center expansions across multiple states Previously, she served as the senior director of human resources, supporting Diversity and Inclusion at DaVita.

Ms. Bird holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University.
