Health Partners is our Medicaid plan that serves Pennsylvanians with low or no income. While we cover doctor visits, prescriptions, immunizations, eye exams and hospitalizations, we also promote health and wellness with extra benefits. Nationally recognized for its innovations in managed care, Health Partners is among the top fifteen Medicaid plans in the country and consistently receives high ratings for member and provider satisfaction according to the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s (NCQA) Medicaid Health Insurance Plan Ratings 2016–2017.
