Urgent Care Centers & Walk-in Clinics

Can’t see your child's doctor soon enough and they need care now? For non-emergency medical problems, you have options. You can take your child to an urgent care center or walk-in clinic. You don’t need an appointment. These centers offer evening and weekend hours. Your child can usually be seen in under an hour.

  • Walk-in clinics provide convenient service for minor conditions. They offer visual exams, prescriptions and minor wound care.
  • Urgent care centers offer more services like X-rays, lab work, IVs, and stitches.
  • Learn more about what conditions each of these types of facilities can treat.
  • Use the provider directory to find a location near you. Search for “urgent care” or “walk in” separately, depending on which services you need. Call ahead to confirm hours, services and coverage.

If your child is having an emergency, dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
