The Wellness Rewards Program incentivizes Medicare Advantage members to complete specific health-related activities to earn money on a reloadable card.  

Please refer to the list below for all eligible health activities. Some of the preventive health activities included in the program are tied to current measures included in our QCP program. Leveraging the rewards program and encouraging your patients to complete these activities can help you improve your performance on these QCP measures.
