Health Partners Plans (HPP) calls members from time to time to check whether they received healthcare services that have been billed to HPP.
You may get a call after you have a doctor, dentist or emergency room visit; after you fill a prescription; or after any other healthcare service. You will be asked if you received a healthcare service on a certain date. To protect your privacy, we do not identify the specific service.
If you receive a call, please answer "Yes" or "No" to let HPP know if you received a service on the date we specify.
