If you would like to enroll in Health Partners, you must qualify for Medical Assistance through the state of Pennsylvania.

If you have Medical Assistance, you can enroll in Health Partners by calling PA Enrollment Services at 1-800-440-3989; TTY users can call 711. When you call, you will speak to a HealthChoices Enrollment Specialist who can answer questions about Health Partners and help you choose a plan.
