Notice: Prime Healthcare to Stop Treating Health Partners (Medicaid) and KidzPartners (CHIP) Members – 11/17

On November 17, 2017, the three Prime Healthcare hospitals and affiliated providers will stop treating Health Partners (Medicaid) members and KidzPartners (CHIP) members. These include Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia, and Suburban Community Hospital in East Norriton. This change does not affect Health Partners Medicare members.

Members who use these providers have been notified by mail. They must change providers or switch to a plan that works with these providers. Special exceptions apply for members who are pregnant or need continuing care. For help with continuing care contact the Health Partners Member Relations department 24/7 at 1-800-553-0784 (TTY/PA RELAY: 711).

Members who wish to continue using these providers will need to find a new plan that works with those providers by calling PA Enrollment services at 1-800-440-3989 (Toll-free TTY: 1-800-618-4225). You can call Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 6 P.M.
