Our Baby Partners maternity program is here for every step of your pregnancy journey, from prenatal planning to post-delivery care.

Baby Partners is a voluntary maternity program offered to all members. The program can support you throughout your pregnancy and beyond and get you the care your doctor or midwife recommends during pregnancy and postpartum periods.

Get paired with a dedicated care coordinator who will guide you through your pregnancy. Connect with local resources that can help with essential needs like food and diapers, both before and after your baby arrives. If you are feeling overwhelmed or experiencing symptoms of depression, Baby Partners can also connect you with a mental health professional for support.

Maternity Home Visiting Program

The Maternity Home Visiting program is a comprehensive program for Medicaid members who are pregnant or parents of children 24 months and younger. The focus of these visits are child development, parenting, education on the need for wellness and preventive care, and referral to any needed community resources.
