New Provider Portal Implementation Update

As previously communicated, Health Partners Plans is getting closer to our single provider portal platform. To make this transition easier, we are retaining the name HP Connect,which will now be powered by HealthTrio. Our go live date is scheduled for August 1, 2022.

As a result of this transition, NaviNet and HP Connect as it exists today will no longer be available for use; however, you will be able to login to review the status of open claims tickets only. After August 1, you will need to create a new login for all staff to access the new HP Connect provider portal. HP Connect can be accessed at HPPlans.com/ProviderPortal.

Please note: The first person who creates an account for your organization’s TIN is considered the local administrator and will be responsible for creating additional user accounts for others within your organization. After your primary local administrator is registered, HPP encourages you to add at least one additional local administrator as a backup.

After August 1, please visit HPPlans.com/ProviderPortal to find the new HP Connect provider registration and local administrator guide to aid you in registering for yourself and creating users in the portal.

To assist with this transition, we will be hosting demonstration webinars of our new HP Connect portal. To register for this and future webinars, visit hpplans.com/webinars and click “Register.” You will receive an email that confirms your registration and gives you the option to add the webinar to your calendar.
