HPP Upcoming Upgrade and Scheduled Portal Maintenance

HPP will be upgrading our backend systems HealthRules Payor and HealthRules Care Manager beginning on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 5 p.m. EST and will complete by Monday, January 31, 2022.

This upgrade will affect data for Authorizations, Benefits & Eligibility, and Claims Inquiry.

The Portal will be temporarily down for Maintenance Sunday January 30, 2022 from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. EST. All submitted authorizations will queue and will be loaded once maintenance is complete.
