HPP is Investigating Claims Payment Issue

Health Partners Plans is aware of an issue which caused claims processed on June 6, 2022 to incorrectly deny as not medically necessary. All claims with this adjudication date are being examined and, if required, will be re-adjudicated for accurate reimbursement or correct denial message.  We appreciate your patience as we correct the issue and adjudicate claims as quickly as possible.
