Provider Check-In

At HPP, we are saddened by the national events from the past week and what is happening locally from the past 72 hours. We are all experiencing an incredibly painful and disturbing time in our nation’s history.

We are very concerned about how these events are impacting our providers, members, employees, and communities and we want to do all we can to help. As a valued provider in the HPP network, your safety is important to us and we would like for you to have what you need from Health Partners Plans to get through this difficult time. Is there anything we can do to help you?

We also want to provide all necessary support for our HPP members who are unable to access needed medication and services due to the destruction in Philadelphia. Please share with us if these events have hindered you from providing care to our members by contacting our Provider Services Helpline at 1-888-991-9023 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).

Our goal is to PartnerUp with you to ensure our members have the timely access to the care they need and to support you in getting back on your feet.

As always, we greatly appreciate the partnership we have fostered over the years and want you to know we are here to make sure that partnership continues for years to come.
