Register Now: Maternity Authorizations and Claim Submissions Webinar (9/26)

Health Partners Plans will be hosting a one-hour webinar regarding maternity authorizations and claims submissions on Thursday, September 26. We will identify issues that delay authorization approvals and claim payments and review best practices to help your office reduce unnecessary administrative work.

Specific topics will include:

  • Avoiding mismatched information reported to the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS)
  • DHS-mandated timelines related to maternity admissions reporting
  • Ensuring timely payments
  • Proper usage of HPP's Maternity/Newborn Admission Authorization Request Form (to download the form, go to hpplans.com/forms and select Authorizations Forms)

HPP maternity coordinators will answer questions and engage in a dialogue regarding maternity-related administrative processes. Our goal is to make sure the information you need to streamline maternity claims and authorizations is clear and accessible.
