HP Connect Provider Portal Enhancements

Starting on July 8, we will begin the rollout of important changes to our HP Connect provider portal. These changes will allow you to efficiently provide all appropriate clinical information to support your authorization requests. These changes are in response to input from the Department of Human Services (DHS) and provider offices like yours.

The portal changes include the additions of new screens, new drop-down options and refined terminology. These changes will support a more transparent user experience, streamlined workflow and better coordination and collaboration between your office and HPP. As a result, you will see faster determinations, reduced appeals and less administrative work for your staff.

HOW TO ACCESS THE PORTAL

Access the portal at hpplans.com/hp-connect. If you are not yet registered, click the Registration Form link and submit the necessary information (including both your TIN and Group NPI numbers).
