Winter Holidays — Modified Hours of Operation

Please be aware that in observance of the Christmas and New Year holidays, some Health Partners Plans call centers and departments will have modified hours of operation. See below for details.

Provider Services Helpline

  • Monday, December 24 - Closed
  • Tuesday, December 25 - Closed
  • Monday, December 31 - Open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Tuesday, January 1 - Closed

Pharmacy Services

  • Monday, December 24 - Open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Tuesday, December 25 - Closed
  • Monday, December 31 - Open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Tuesday January 1 - Open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

As a reminder, the Pharmacy Call Center can be reached at 1-866-841-7659.

Note: All calls after hours will be forwarded to an outside service center with access to the on call pharmacist 24 hours a day.

Claims Reconsideration Call Center

  • Monday, December 24 - Closed
  • Tuesday, December 25 - Closed
  • Monday, December 31 - Open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Tuesday January 1 - Open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Utilization Management Call Center

  • Monday, December 24 - Closed
  • Tuesday, December 25 - Closed
  • Monday, December 31 - Open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Special Needs Unit

The Special Needs Unit will be unaffected, and will remain available 24 hours a day throughout the holidays.

Please note that while our claim payment cycle will not be modified this holiday season, but holiday banking hours and holiday postal volume could affect the timing of your office’s payments.
