Healthcare Services Phone Surveys

Health Partners Plans will call members from time to time to check whether they received healthcare services that we have been billed for.

You may get a call after you have a doctor, dentist or emergency room visit; after you fill a prescription or after any other healthcare service. You will be asked if you received a healthcare service on a certain date but to protect your privacy, we do not identify the specific service.

If you receive a call, you simply need to choose Yes or No to let us know whether you received a service on the date we specify.

By taking part in these phone surveys, you help us meet an important quality standard.
