The good news is, there's now an easy-to-use, web-based program called Beating the Blues that can help you change your life for the better.
How the program works
Beating the Blues is a self-help, computer-based program that can teach you how to improve your state of mind and learn ways to help you feel more positive. You can complete its eight, step-by-step sessions on your own from the privacy of your home or in a group setting with others dealing with depression, stress and anxiety.
Telephone and technical support are available to all participants.
Beating the Blues is available at no cost to Philadelphia residents.
