Health Partners Plans Names Matthew Post Vice President of Medicare Sales
Philadelphia, PA — Health Partners Plans (HPP) announced today that veteran health care leader Matthew Post joined the company as Vice President of Medicare Sales, reporting to Senior Vice President of Medicare Sales and Actuarial Services Mark Cary. In this role, Mr. Post will generate new and incremental revenue growth through strategic planning and tactical execution of sales initiatives aligned with HPP’s broader strategic goals. He will also develop comprehensive strategies to increase membership and retention while identifying opportunities to expand HPP’s Medicare line of business.
As the Vice President of Medicare Sales, Mr. Post brings almost two decades of experience in executing Medicare Advantage product launches, crafting dynamic competitive strategy and building high-functioning teams to the Health Partners Medicare value-based plan offerings. He also has extensive experience maintaining and developing strong relationships with key business partners to identify new opportunities.

Prior to joining HPP, Mr. Post served as Senior Director for Evolent Health where he led the strategic implementation of Medicare programs on behalf of the company’s flagship client. He also held the position of Vice President of Sales at Aetna and several Regional Director roles at United Healthcare.
Matthew received his bachelor of arts from Florida State University and completed the Executive Development Program at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Matthew resides in Philadelphia with his wife Keri and twin daughters.
